Reservations, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

Our Stations are spaced a minimum of 10ft plus apart. One guest per station. A family member or friend is permitted to join you and sit in the guest seat at the station you are sitting.

Our Artists appreciate your generosity... gratuities are Cash only as we can not add tips to credit cards. For your convenience

In order to accommodate all of our guests, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your reservation time.

In the event that you arrive late, we may be unable to guarantee services.

To ensure our availability, we recommend you reserve your next appointment before leaving our Salon.

Out of respect for our Service Providers and Salon Guests, we require 72 hours notice of cancellation or change of appointment for All Services. No-shows or late cancellations after 72 hours will be charged full price of the reserved service in the event we can not re-book your reserved time. Credit Cards are Required for All Services. We are committed to providing a living wage for our team. All stylists in this industry are paid by commission only. Missing an appointment means your Artist will not earn a salary for your reserved time. We also may ask you to shift an appointment up or down to help our Artists accommodate more guests. Thank you for supporting our teams Living Wage Initiative.

All published prices are listed at a starting point for our salon services. An exact price will be given to you before the start of your service.

We take great pride in sharing our Artistry with you. Making our clients feel great and look beautiful is our pleasure. Any service you are unhappy with, we will happily honor a seven day window for a redesign from the original service date. No shows or late cancelations for redesigns will void your redesign option.

We always welcome large parties to the Salon. When making reservations that require three or more of our staff members a 50% deposit is required. Parties of three or more are required to speak with a Concierge 72 hours in advance of your reservations in the event of cancellation. No shows or late cancellations after 72 hours will be charged full price of the reserved services, in the event we can not re-book your reserved times.

Our Shampoo Spa Room is a quiet place of deep relaxation and pampering. We strive to make your Shampoo Spa experience beneficial and memorable. We ask that you please leave all electronic devices, such as cell phones, in the locker area provided.

Gift Cards are available for individual services, packages, or any desired dollar amount. Our Concierge team can assist with creating that special gift for any occasion.

We are an Eco Green Salon who uses Eco Green products, Recycles all Color Tubes, Caps, Bottles, Card Board, Paper and Plastics. We also dispose of all product overages via recycling. Please note their is a $2 Green fee. Thank you for supporting our Green Earth Initiative.

Salon Policies
Gift Cards
Gift Cards expire 5 years from date of purchase. After 12 months of inactivity a maintenance fee will be charged based on the amount of the initial value.
Refund & Exchange
We do not offer refunds for services or products. Any service you are unhappy with, we will happily honor a seven day window for a redesign from the original service date. An exchange of unopened/unused product is welcome for seven days after date of purchase. We are an Experience Center. You can request to try products you are interested in during your Services. If you want to experience one of our spa treatment Take Home Products you will need to reserve a Spa Treatment with your Color or Hair Styling service. No returns or exchanges are available for makeup per Aveda Policy. Make up can be special ordered and may take two weeks to receive. Payment is required at the time of your order request. All makeup purchases are final.

Children
It is a great pleasure to have Children visit us! We are a Family oriented business that enjoys serving our young friends starting at the age of 12. For their safety, children under 12 can not accompany a Guest receiving services. Guests under 15 years of age must have an adult accompany them. Guests 15 years and up must have an adult check them in and see their stylist for service consultation. Please be sure to discuss pick up arrangements with our Concierge.

We believe in kindness & respect. If you have a suggestion or concern we are here to help. Guests who display disrespectful, unkind or loud behavior will be asked to leave. This policy carries over to guest services via phone or text. Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
